What kind of trips do you offer?
We offer a variety of day trips and short breaks to popular destinations such as Brighton, Oxford, London, festive Mystery Tours and various others. We’re open to suggestions for future trips and our list is often updated.
Who are your trips designed for?
Our trips are designed for everyone, but the majority of our guests are aged 60+. We aim to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all age groups.
How are pick-up locations determined?
We have convenient pick-up points in Blandford, Wimborne, Ferndown, and Ringwood. Additional pick-up points may be arranged if demand allows.
How do I book a trip?
You can book by contacting us directly by phone or email. We will guide you through the booking process and provide information on available seats.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Please contact us for details if you have specific payment needs.
Can I reserve seats for a group?
Yes, group bookings are welcome. Please contact us early for group reservations, especially during peak seasons.
What is included in the trip price?
Our pricing covers comfortable round-trip coach travel to and from the specified destination. Some trips may also include entrance fees, tours, or meals – please check the specific trip details.
Will there be comfort stops during the trip?
Yes, on longer journeys we schedule comfort breaks along the way.
What should I bring on a day trip?
We recommend bringing a small bag with essentials such as water, snacks, any medications, a phone, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Are your trips suitable for individuals with mobility issues?
We aim to make our trips as accessible as possible. However, the level of accessibility may vary by destination and venue. Please inform us about your specific needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate you wherever possible.
Can I bring a mobility aid (e.g., walker, folding wheelchair)?
Yes, most mobility aids can be accommodated on our coaches. Please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
Are pets allowed on trips?
We do not allow pets on our trips, with the exception of guide dogs and service animals.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible. Refunds or credits may be available depending on how much notice is given. Check specific terms for each trip or contact us directly.
What happens if the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances?
In the rare event that we must cancel a trip, we will notify all passengers and offer a rescheduled date, a credit toward a future trip, or a full refund.
What time should I arrive at the pick-up point?
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure.
What happens if I'm late?
We recommend allowing extra travel time to reach your pick-up point, as our coaches depart on schedule. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.
Can I bring food and drinks on the coach?
Yes, you may bring cold snacks and drinks, but please avoid items that may cause strong odors or create spills. However, the coach company do not allow hot takeaway food of any kind onto their coaches. And no alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the coach.
How do I suggest a new destination?
We value customer feedback and ideas! If you have a suggestion, please contact us directly or via our web form and let us know – we love hearing new ideas for future destinations.
Do you plan to offer multi-day or overnight trips?
We are considering multi-day trips and short breaks. If you’re interested, please let us know so we can gauge demand and make these trips available in the future.
Are the coaches equipped with toilets?
Some of our longer trips use coaches equipped with toilets, and we schedule comfort breaks when necessary.
What measures are in place for passenger safety?
Your safety is our top priority. Our coaches are regularly inspected, and all drivers follow strict safety protocols. We also provide emergency contact information and briefings at the start of each journey.
